What is a Countermeasure?

A countermeasure is a brief (“band-help”) move is made to keep the issue from proceeding to happen all the while, like an “answer”, when an issue can’t be settled instantly .This term has picked up prevalence in Lean usage since it suggests there might be extra enhancements, and the move made may not be the last one, simply the best one at this time.
